The Mill is a collaborative cafe & bakery by Josey Baker Bread and Four Barrel Coffee: JBB does the bread, 4B does the coffee. You can't tell from the outside, but we're actually two separate businesses operating hand in hand. We do this because it allows us to focus on what we're passionate about, and what we're good at.
